Script style: "Cortesana" or court-like style. Date and place: December 16, 1528, Seville. Contents: Officials of Casa de la Contratación acknowledge having received goods sent by a royal judge from La Española who collected them from Diego Hernández de Barcelona as partial payment of Hernández's debt with the Crown. Other goods were received from same individual to be applied against a debt he incurred in as guarantor of a Juan Hernández who owed it to the Crown.
